The thought of being a billionaire may seem far-fetched or in a most realistic view ‘close to impossible’. However, there is an extent to this, the other version remains to be seen for not all billionaires were born this way, most of them were regulars who enrolled themselves into promising colleges and finally struck gold mines. A recent survey by Wealth-X and UBS Census provides insightful facts in the making of these billionaires, reports The Richest At present there are 2,325 billionaires in the world in which 50 percentage of billionaires secured their business degree from one of the 10 schools on this list, out of which 7 out of 10 business schools are located in U.S. Here are the top ten colleges that are accountable in producing billionaires 10. London Business School ------------------------------------------ London business school founded in year 1964 and is located in Regents Parks in London, England. This elite school was ranked as the 5th best school in the world by Financial Times and has brought about 4 billionaires out of which Kumar Mangalam Birla, MBA graduate, the chairman for Aditya Birla Group one of the largest conglomerates in India, is one among them. 9. University of Southern California -------------------------------------------------- University of Southern California was founded in year 1880 and is located in Los Angeles, California. Stanford University ------------------------------- Stanford Business School is one of the worlds most prestigious institutions and ranked the top by Forbes. Located California, Stanford was established in 1925. . The number of MBA graduates turned billionaires is 23, in which Philip Knight, a former track, is one of the acclaimed and widely known billionaires. He is the founder of Blue Ribbon Sports that is now more commonly known as Nike. 1. Harvard University ------------------------------ Harvard University has the highest yielding of 64 billionaire alumni, which is three times more than Stanford. Jorge Paulo Lemann is part of this list and is currently the wealthiest man in Brazil. Situated in Boston, Harvard Business School founded in 1908 and it is rated 3rd on Forbes’ list.
