The thoughtless and careless withdrawal of the Government from the education sector has led to a situation where there is a severe shortage of Educational facilities in the field of Medicine. The government will claim that there are enough private sector entities on the ground, but the fact remains that private players are only concerned with money making and not with quality education or raising standards. Most of these private institutions get away with open auctions of seats as they are mostly run by corrupt politicians or their kin.
