The three limiting factors to growth. (One of these will always be the limiting factor for more growth) Stimulus i.e Resistance training Time to heal i.e Sleep Muscle building nutrients i.e protein/food These are the three variables you need to spend your time manipulating for continual growth. I managed to get 9.5 hours sleep last night (which is quite a lot) and my chest and delts are sore as hell. Looking at a rough list of what I ate last two day I think an increase in macro nutrients are in order. Going to make a conscious effort to make every meal 2-3 mouthfuls larger today and maintain the 9+ hours sleep. Yes maybe more sleep in addition would be beneficial but unfortunately unpractical at the moment. Training stimulus is certainly significant enough at the moment to elicit a response. Food is the limiting factor I believe at present
