The three prayers not granted the Alabi led exco are: 1.That the PDP NWC has no right to dissolve the Alabi led exco............ The judge ruled that the NWC does have a right to dissolve the exco according to the constitution of the party, but since no proper dissolution had taken place, the exco still stands. 2.That the NWC of the party should be mandated to collect the list of candidates presented ONLY by the Alabi led exco........... 3. That INEC should ONLY collect the list of candidates presented by the Alabi led exco With the above prayers refused, what happens to today, when the primaries of the house of assembly holds? Are we going to have a dual primaries just like we had two congresses the other day?? Na wa oooo, I think the jubilation of the old PDP is premature, and there is still fire on the mountain! They should not rest on their oars. More is still coming! Dont be surprised WHEN the authentic list of candidates is accepted from the new PDP. WAHALA SI WA OOOOO PLS NOTE:.......I aint a lawyer, but this is my lay mans interpretation of the judgement.
