The time has come..... My top 5 performances at LOR :-) No 5. Jupiter Falls. For a band who I hadnt heard anything by before we just happened to wonder in as they were starting and they put an amazing performance on :-) No 4. Black Star Riders. What a great way to finish the weekend. An amazing set No3. Dr & The Medics . Starting thier set to a handful of people at midday didnt bother them at all. Such a great set. And by the time they finished was plenty more people watching and listening to Spirit In The Sky. Hopefully theyll be back next year with a later set time No 2. Alabama 3. A band Ive waited years to see and I wasnt disappointed at all. So much going on and never a dull moment. Great song after great song.... Even if they were destined to be locked in the van all night lol. No 1. Arthur Brown. Ive been told before how good he is live so he had a lot to live up to..... But he lived up to it all and more. What an amazing set, again with so much going on. Great musicians with him and such a stage presence. I could have easily watched him play all night long as I have to say its the single best performance by anyone Ive ever seen
