The time has come once again when people of Pakistan and its surroundings will start Ramadhan based on the criteria set by their local mullahs and secular politicians who are influenced by nation based borders created by colonialists and not by what Allah(swt) has revealed! A bedouin came from al-Harrah and testified that he had sighted the moon. He was brought to the Prophet (peace_be_upon_him). He asked: Do you testify that there is no god but Allah, and that I am the Apostle of Allah? He said: Yes; and he testified that he had sighted the moon.
