The titanic was the biggest ship of the world.it was 269 metres long and weighed more than 46,000tons,there was a swimming pool on the ship,a cinema,good food and parties everynight there were 1,320passengers on the ship.on 10th april 1912,the huge ship left england for new york on its first voyage across the north atlantic.everyone was enjoying and looking forward to arriving in new york.they ship was going fast in the dangerous area of ice bergs.for the four days everyone was happy suddenly it hit a big iceberg at 11.40pm on the 5th day of its voyage.it made a100 metre hole along side of the ship.the water started coming into the ship and the titanic started to sink.the titanic never reached new york.
