The tragedy which happened today along the northen by pass is a lesson to learn for our government and the national environment management authority that fuel is a very dangerous weapon worse that Ak47 so as the are issuing out permits for the fuel storage facilities they should be very care full and and not allow such businesses in areas where populations are dense now imagine if such an accident occurs in banda area of Kampala how many people would perish? So its a call upon the people of banda, mbuya and kyambogo areas to petition the government for a re allocation of this facility to a better place otherwise people in the area you are sitting on a time bomb. Its a pity our brothers and sisters perished in the tragedy but we should learn to be proactive and not reactive as a government otherwise we are losing more innocent citizens.
