The transition between seasons is an especially important time to tune into your daily patterns, what you are eating and where your body is so you can avoid unwanted illness. The degrees in which the seasonal shifts are experienced are different in each location and by each individual but the underlying premise is the same. We are now entering into early fall which according to Ayurveda is a time to keep cool and get rid of any excess heat that has been accumulating.
