The transitions the Companions made after leaving the Arabian Peninsula were sociological, geographical, linguistic, cultural and demographic. They encountered new social norms and classes, new climates, new languages, new cultures and customs and population densities which were not known in their homeland. Despite all these transitions they would turn to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger to guide them and were able to successfully deal with all of the changes they faced. They are the best example for us to follow in handling challenges and overcoming adversity.
