The translation of my daughters name means purpose, and I try to teach her to have purpose behind every action and word she speak. I do the same. I may not always explain the intention behind my words and actions, but I, just like many other people, dont just pop off for NO reason. A majority of the time I post random life coachy stuff, but my status last night was personal. I posted about accountability because I have people around me who have chosen to not be accountable. One of my (now former) business associates has received on time payment from me but has yet to give me my paperwork that I need, probably because she knows I dont have the energy to sue her right now (and Im tempted to post her name). My son has gone through two respite workers that left the company without saying goodbye to him. I had a family ask for a scholarship in my program, but I now see turn up party pics on their Facebook, but I could barely pay my employees. And Ive had a family member telling my daughter lies but wont answer the phone when this Leo called. Yes, people are expected to be accountable when around me because unless Im in unpreventable situation, Im faithful (and even then I communicate). When you commit to something, its not your privilege to change the terms. Nor are excuses excepted, especially mediocre ones. Finally, its no use in getting upset when I call you out, because if I do, its usually because I know without a shadow of a doubt that youre in the wrong and have not exhausted all resources to stay accountable. This world is too crazy and life is too short to burn bridges because you dont feel like doing whats right. If you cant respect people, their families/businesses/relationships, etc, then move to your own private island away from us who want to be happy and serve the world.
