The trouble is that other than the people that were there no-one will really know what happened, and any number of people around the world will adopt differing views about it, with or without the benefit of any facts, then doggedly pursue their particular view. However, the simple truth is this: the the US government IS RESPONSIBLE, because however these unfortunate individuals died, even if by their own hand, they were at the time of their deaths in the custody, and thus care, of the US authorities. Sadly so much of what went on in these place, actively sanctioned by the likes of Bush, Cheney, and others, will never be known - so much suffering not just for no good reason but worse still without justice for the victims
