The true Prophetic Voice is a voice that can awake the dead and give life. 1. Jesus called Lazarus forth out of the tomb. John 11:11 2. Ezekiel prophesied to the dry/dead bones. Ezekiel 37 3.Elisha stretched out on the dead boys body and get got warm again.2Kings 4:34 These were all Prophets. So anytime God wanted to awake the dead he summoned His true Prophets.
