The true secret of a chef. After feeding 200 peps this morning and lunch I come home wiped out (short day cuz of the holiday) the kids ask whats for dinner? I said get in the car and take them up the street to the QT a gas station, 18.45 7 hot dogs ,chips, drinks and so on were eating at the table outside in the parking lot the kids say "dad this is fun" we never ate at a gas station before, my wife and I look at each other and say at the same time" neither have we" Wow it is so the little things in their mind, so nice. Im lucky..
