Dehydration, heat strokes, and pneumonia are common diagnosis for our homeless friends that end up in the ER. Who ends up forking the bill? We the tax payers! If they are banned and often harassed from seeking shade, taking rest in a public area, trying to stay dry, warm or cool...what exactly are we doing? Doesnt it seem like we dont care, even if it costs us more, and its ok to kill them off? Arent we creating a bigger problem in our economy by not caring enough to change this?
