The truth and nothing but the truth is that GEJ has done excellently well in most sectors of our economy...the only minuses are security (only in the north east) and corruption and these two situations can be explained.... On security, some elements promised to make the country ungovernable if GEJ won the 2011 election...they are fulfilling that promise today with internal sabotage of efforts at restoring peace in the north east...while on corruption, even though there is still corruption, GEJs administration remains the least corrupt among recent Nigerian regimes (please, check the global corruption perception index from 1996 to date before commenting on this)...Nigeria was even more corrupt during Buharis first missionary journey than now.... And on electricity, he has just handed over the perennial headache to private investors who are now to blame for any failure there...with time, these private investors should get their acts together or they lose their investment.... So, on an objective scale based on honest indices, GEJ has done extremely well and could be given a fresh chance to do better... Buhari is not an option unless we want to reverse the progress we have made as a nation...we cannot go back, we can only go forward.... If only APC had produced a new face as their presidential candidate with Prof. Osibajo as VP candidate, then I would have taken them seriously...Buhari is a parochial, nepotismic, backward, vomitus, ethnicity-driven, and desperadic choice that slaughtered merit at the altar of win-at-all-costs tradition....
