The turkey is slathered in brown sugar and honey - finally. Ill dice the jalapenos in the AM. 2nd year doing it this way, and Im hoping with all my might that its as good as last year. Otherwise, the new guy at church owes everyone a freebie. Im cooking it in the church kitchen, so maybe the big man will smile down on me. His son turned water to wine. Ill be thankful if he can make my bird dance across the folks tastebuds. If not, well, Ill be in a room full of forgiving people :)
