The two main idea from the book The Electric Meme: A New Theory of How We Think, the first, that the meme is self-replicating electric charges in our brain are philosophical materialism. And the second, that the physical is not the substrate of thought. The truth is that it is itself thought, the kind of thought that is a necessary context of all thought nevertheless. It is not true that we think. We are ourselves thought. What is thought truly? It is indivisibly both emotion and cognition as content and container without [agent-]thinkers but with humans and brains as their most regular component. So-called computation is not coherent as something computer networks do. Its appearance as kinetic (changing and moving) computer networks is more thought. It is not computation. Reality is consciousness. Time is pure dimension, namely thought dimension. Therefore hardwareXsoftware is real only insofar it realizes in a wide variety of consciousness, from the extensive technical realization of its conception as machine plus code, to philosophical sensation such as this. It does not realize in between in the sense of existing. The idea that there is a gap between thoughts of a certain category named the existence of the thing [and its absence] is incoherent. Things realize and consist utterly of thought. Sure, the realization of consciousness is the emergence of predictability or durable-category by resemblant threads of symbolic signing in terms of sensation-as-potential. So a computer or anything else is durable category and reemerge predictably to certain degrees, but it is not existence.
