The universe can be likened to a theater of war. To appreciate the subtlety of its fatalistic eloquence requires bravery. The brave are those who save life through delicate acts. They surpass the conqueror because they have chosen to give. We are constantly presented with an array of possible lives. The brave acknowledge every alternative and attempt to make a righteous choice. The important decisions of life are of the most mundane nature; seemingly insignificant experiences sculpt our futures. The cowardly have a tendency to ignore existence. They are often unmoved by the measured advancement of clouds, the gentleness of the wind against their bodies, the sounds of rustling leaves, the fragrance of the damp soil beneath their feet and the reflections in rivers when the world is too dark to paint.
