The uproar going on in #Ferguson following Michael Browns murder at the hands on a police officer speaks volumes about the condition of racial profiling and police brutality against black males, and not only that but the resulting aftermath of what was a peaceful protest has now turned into an over-militarized state of violence and affliction towards civilians who only want action. The police in Ferguson are handling this situation horribly and are only further exacerbating the issue at hand by continuing to fight, shoot, arrest, and silence protesters (as well as news outlets who are attempting to cover the protests) rather than allow their fellow officer to face the consequence of shooting an innocent, unarmed civilian. Racial profiling needs to cease. Police brutality needs to come to an end. Ferguson is a media blackout and a no fly zone as a result of the over-militarized police. Search the #Ferguson tag or google Ferguson protests and read all about what is occurring if you have not yet, and get angry along with the rest of us who see how wrong this situation is.
