The very good about the political debate raging prior to the general election is that we are all involved. Everybody I mean. In the markets, pubs, churches, mosques, families, villages and all their ensembles. The pros and the antis have all been challenged to bringing the best of their debates. To think that politics is not an area of interest to you, then shying away, is indeed foolhardy, because politics controls everything as it pertains to you. Some may just be involved for their interests, even selfish or mundane, while others, about the national question and the way forward. Whatever the reasons, it better to be involved than not. Partake in the process that determines your cooperate existence. As heated as the arguments, condescending to fights, enemity is the biggest show of shame and intolerance. A manifest indication of your inability to sustain meaningful and cereberal discus. Lack of articulate ideas and rigidity in retrogressive arrogance. All societies are built on the strength of diversity, tolerance, civility and mutual respect. Accepting superior opinion is the quality of greatness. We must learn to play by the rules and the willingness to see good even from across the fence. As the elections approach, let us all go out and carry out our civic duties and be willing to graciously accept the outcome, for it is only in so doing, that we can have another opportunity to make good whatever anomaly that may be so percieved.
