The very idea of losing a child is a thought that horrifies me and yet we are watching some very good friends kids going through this right now as their 5 year old son is holding onto the last threads of life. I know there have been many who have prayed for this young boy for some time and you have to ask why would the Lord not heal a little boy. I believe that the Lord does heal, completely and without any reserve... and yet there are times that for what ever reason, that God who is far exceeding in knowledge, power, and love than any of us, decides to allow the healing to come in heaven and not on earth. Dear Lord, I trust you, and beyond all of my hope and desires my greatest desire is that your name would be magnified and glorified. Lord Jesus, be with this family, be with Kaleb, do what you do best and love on them like only you can. Let your love overwhelm them and knock strong and loud on the door of their heart that salvation might be theirs...
