The video is actually very interesting because we can stop companies from doing this if they only have permission from Westminster because it states in the declaration of Arbroath that Scotland is not aloud to be ruled by a foreign country and that the people of Scotland are sovereign so we have the last say on what happens on our land not westminster Can we use this to combat fracking companies since we have the last say on what happens on Scottish land as Scottish sovereign people ?
