The video is before the alienation became severe. This has been going on for 4 years. I fought for custody in Pennsylvania for two years. It was a horrible time but I stood up every time a lie was told and told my truth. I was granted a reasonable final custody order. My ex was allowed to move to new York for a new job. We were to meet every week at a designated in-between spot . The very week I was supposed to have my daughter my ex filed false order of protection against me. That stopped the final custody order in Pennsylvania. No visit, not only that I have a order of protection against me saying Im not allowed to be alone with my daughter. My ex has told horrible lies and manipulated the court system to her atvanage. She is a narcissus and presents very well. I on the other hand suffer with P.T.S.D. My ex has had 4 years to poison my daughter, and its working . Its been hell for the last 2 years. Ive had 10 supervised visits , each visit getting progressively worse. My last visit with my daughter she kicked me in the face , said Im not her mama and she wished I would die. I have jumped through all New Yorks court order hoops. A forensic evaluation, hair follicle drug test and supervised visits. The reports all started that its not a problem with me. My problem at this point is the court is saying its due to lack of visitation thats causing my daughter to hate me. She is no longer bonded with me. My laywer has no idea what parental alienation is. Ive tryed to educate him his response is lets just get you back to the supervise visit again.
