The warehouse space I work out of in NorthEast Portland has a couple of vacancies to fill. Short term or long term. Space can be split or combined. other artists are flexible with space requirements. 220 service, for welding and other light industrial use. Its cheap. Its dirty. Its unheated in the winter, unless you bring a heater. It can be filled with light when the dark bay doors are opened. The ideal tenant would be a metal worker of some sort. And while there are few perks or resources, there are some pretty awesome ones that cant be publicized.
