The way I see it, when it comes to nutrition, exercise, and fat loss, you have two options: 1) Eat well, train often, indulge only occasionally, feel amazing. OR 2) Dont. Thats it. But the thing is, if you choose option 2, you dont get to complain. You dont get to say things like Im so fat, I hate my body, and I wish I were in better shape (although regardless of your choice, you should work towards eliminating phrases like that from your repertoire). You dont get to bemoan your corpulence, whether legitimate or perceived. You dont get to make yourself and others miserable by constantly being negative about your body. You can live a fit lifestyle or live a less fit lifestyle--the choice is completely, 100% yours. But if you choose the latter, be content with it. Live with your choices. If you cant find a way to be content with it, make a change. At the end of the day, the choice is yours. Im not saying you have to pick option 1 and I would never berate or belittle someone for choosing option 2. But what I am saying is that you absolutely have to be honest with yourself about the consequences of your choices. Own that shit.
