The way our NHS has been carved up over the last 23 years is despicable. We need to undo all of this... the best way might be to tear up all of the legislation, take it right back to day 1 when Aneurin Bevan first opened the NHS, then add in the sensible advances and the modern ideas that should be part of the NHS. It means another top-down reorganisation, but at this point, we think nothing less will save the NHS from the last change.
