The way to get things done is not to mind who gets the credit for doing them. Unfortunately, some people do things only if they get credit for it. Even in a service organization like lions clubs, some people will not do anything unless they have a title or award. Usually, these people end up being losers. At points they might get fake praises, but ultimately no one cares for them. True satisfaction of service comes only from the smiles on the faces of the served.
