The weather may be cooling down this weekend but our 50/50 class are gonna feel the heat tomorrow @ 8am with this Calorie Blasting Fat Burning Workout. Slow tempo run to the oval holding Abson form. Interval style circuits on the oval ( To suit individual abilities) Head back to the studio and get our Rocky Balboa on! 20s Back2back Mid Highs and Uppers followed by Taps and Mountain Climber Jumps 30s Mids Run for 30s whilst the Padholders are V Holding. All do Sit ups 20s. 4 Rounds in total using Highs Uppers and Nasties. High Crosses 20,40,60,80 matched up with 2,4,6,8 Frogs 2-10s with a twist of Cardio sprints inbetween each increase. 2-10s on knees followed by plank for boxer and burpees for pad holder.
