The wedding industry is this giant lacey-puffy machine that sucks you up [if you let it] and spits you out with expectations of what kind of cake you should have and what kinds of flowers you should buy. Even my Facebook ads tell me that this is the most important day of my life and that its all about the bride ..Its her day? No no no... Can the world please pay more attention to preparing healthy marriages than the handwriting on envelopes and degree of fanciness of the centerpieces?? My conclusion: Delete pinterest.
