The week comes to an end. This week we did a lot of work in the garden. We sent chinese cabbage and cilantro to Helping Older People Equally. We started the installation of the 1.8kw photovoltaic system at Port Honduras Marine Reserve for Toledo Institute for Development and Environment yesterday, and will be returning tomorrow to work on it. We are gearing up for our 9th Annual Permaculture Design Course, to be held from the 9th until the 22nd of February with Albert Bates, Nichole Foss, Marisha Auerbach and myself. One last week of work! We also rescheduled our Advanced Permaculture Design Course for the 9th through the 14th of March with Jono Neiger and Keith Zaltzberg. Its a late pizza night again, so off to have pizza! Have a good week, everyone!
