The weekend has concluded. It offered non-stop excitement and work. Today the work continues... Tonight my new four week session of Mini Hoop Fit starts. Class is at 2720 Cherokee from 7:30-8:30pm. $10. I supply the hoops. This is a great arm, back, and tummy toning approach to the hoop. Friday, Cosmic Collaborative the will take part in PARK (ing) Day on Cherokee Street with 2720 Cherokee. Then we head off to the Pop Up Street Party at Crown Candy in North St. Louis. We will be performing three choreographed sets. (6:30, 7:45, 8:45pm) Saturday I am headed to Mizzou to teach for the Mizzou Hoop Groop. I am giving a FREE workshop at the Columns from 3-5pm. All skill levels welcome. The first hour is intro concepts the second hour is tricks and flow. I will wrap up the weekend back in the studio to teach Stepping in the Hoop Session 1 from 3-5pm. Spaces still available. You can register on-line. And STL Hoop Club Present: 5th Annual World Hoop Day St. Louis still has many spaces in the workshops. And the jam and showcase are FREE.
