The weekend is almost here! For some of us its been a longgg week for some of us its flown by. Friday, Saturday & Sunday are the times where we are most likely to fall off the wagon. Whether you fall off or stay in is completely in your hands. ✔️ When training for fatloss, its these unplanned weekend cheats that put a massive dent in your progression and results. I am not saying stay inside twiddling your thumbs or become a nun when it comes to enjoying the weekends, Im just planting a seed as to whether the cheat is really worth having; think back to those forced reps on the leg extension (when it felt like your legs were on fire ) , the cardio that you got up early to do ( zombie mode ) or the hard work training youve done during the week. Ask yourself WHY you made the effort and WHAT and WHO its for. The ultimate question would be how bad do you want your results? and the good old fashioned saying the more you put in, the more you get out. ( this excludes pizza and mojitos ) Plan ahead when you can, I can guarantee you will reap the benefits and that fat will melt away faster.
