The weekend is right in front of us again! So talking to some challengers yesterday I decided to come up with this helpful post, or at least I hope its helpful!!! Usually every week about this time I start planning my weekend activities and putting them I order in my head and visualizing how things are going to roll. While doing this I always have my exercise routine and meal planning in the back of my mind and thinking where those activities are going to fit in. Such as if I am going to a wedding or baby shower and I am going to be washing my hair, I know I need to get my workou in early that day so I dont need to shower twice and ruin great hair!!! Or if I plan on going to a theme park I look up the food policy and see if they allow us to bring healthier choices like sandwiches and fruit to eat. This not only saves me from breaking down at the last minute hungry and putting crap in my mouth but also saves me money because eating out is expensive! If they dont allow outside food I still prepare it and while walking up the gates we eat it! This helps in efforts to curbing our appetites so hopefully we can make it on water all day until we leave that night or afternoon. Possibility only to have to buy a small snack. Anyways, you get the idea right? So days in advance I am planning, making that shopping list and figuring things out. Plan for your success!!!!! And you will succeed!!!!!
