The weight loss industry seems to be populated with people who have no formal education in their field. If someone tries to sell you the belief that you can obtain muscle without resistance training, that a body wrap is a viable option for weight loss.. Run. These modern day snake oil salesmen dont even know their product, use unproven pseudoscience as their basis, and usually work for a MLM. Ive gotten my name in this industry for honest straight forward advice and tried and true methods. It will be hard work, but I know exactly what Im doing... And so do my other trainer friends in the Upstate. We know that no product will do the work for you. As more and more trainers flood the market, almost anyone with no degree or certification are calling themselves personal trainers. Watch out for these guys. Theyll take your money and waste your time. If you choose not to work with me this new year, thats OK. Contact me and Ill give you recommendations of trainers who are legitimate in their craft (there are only a handful)..
