The weighted crawl, simple looking yet it will have your quads & forearms screaming after you get a few laps under your belt. Very deceptive exercise. Some points: *Take baby steps with your hands & feet *Always move your left hand/right foot forward & vice versa *A Weight Plate on your back forces you to maintain a straight back Thanks to IRONFIT for the demonstration when we were down a few weeks back.
