The whole Calliborn/Hussie stealing art is turning into another JonTron thing and its completely moronic. The whole point of things like this is that the fandom finds it by itself just like with the I want to play a game guy from the forums. Its also meant as Calliborn stealing someone elses design and making it shitty, nowhere in the joke is it saying that the original design or the person that made it are supposed to be shitty. If anything that means that the original design is supposed to be pretty good and it seems like this design would be the reason as to why Calliborn would have the Cairo Overcoat in the first place.
