The whole Nigeria and social networks went agog after the Match between Nigeria and Ghana in Akwa Ibom during which the Akwa ibom national stadium was unveiled. This particular structure raised questions and criticise among Nigerians thereby drawing comparism between Abia state government and that of Akwa ibom state government. The bone of contention in the comparism remains that of infrastructure between this two states, many criticised the government of Abia state led by a great man, an achiever, the icon of democracy Chief T.A Orji in which they went about criticising his government without due investigation as regards to the share of the state societal values. It is been said that to whom much is given, much is expected for clarification sake, we fail tho understand how much each of this states gets as it patterns to Monthly allocation. The Akwa ibom government security vote alone is 3x greater than that of Abia state Monthly allocation and their monthly allocation is 10x greater than that of Abia state security vote. What do you expect? Even tho being given a little chunck the Abia state government has achieved greatly compared to states that get higher than them when it comes to allocations. The achievement of this government of Abia state are numerous ranging from prompt payment of salaries, infrastructure, empowerment etc, the gigantic legacy projects built in Abia state such as the Building and facilitating of an ultra modern diagnostic hospital, building of an E-library, building of a new complex for the Broadcasting co-operation of Abia state and Abia state high court, building of an international conference centre, New workers Secretariat, sighting a new place for the building of a benefitting government house, distribution of thousands of free vehicles to Abians etc. If Chief T.A orji can achieve this great projects regardless of what the government receives as monthly allocation then how much more when he gets what other states compared to Abia state gets, Abia will then be Heaven on Earth. It will only take a visionary leader, an administrator per excellency like Ochendo Global to achieve massive transformation in Gods own state that was at the verge of collapse before his assumption in 2007. Long live Ochendo! Long live Abia state!!!
