The whole premise is corrupt. Senator Paul, youd be well advised to avoid group identity politics, no matter how benign or conservative they appear. The ideals of individual liberty do not need to be tailored for marketing to distinct ethic or racial groups. They stand on their own. Outreach to Hispanic or other identity-based groups only legitimizes the fallacies that conservatism is exclusionary at its core. American Liberty is color blind. The principles of free enterprise and maximized freedom need no qualifiers. Articulate the principles with passion, intelligence, and sincerity, and people of all persuasions will join the cause. Politicians who target groups with modified messages smack of feckless compromise, and threaten to alienate the very ones who supported their rise to the fore of conservatism. Senator, the Bush Dynasty is no friend of conservatism. Allying yourself with them on the premise of picking up one or two percentage points of a demographic group is a fools errand.
