The wildlife sanctuary houses many animals. Elephants, primates, otters, crocodiles, deer , ponies, birds, bears.. And domestic dogs and cats whom roam free. I thought the strangest was corn cat who waits patiently by the fruit cleaning station for a cob of corn every morning. But I was wrong. The strangest is in fact winnie the Golden retriever / unknown breed or ten alternatively known as poo dog for her love of rolling in poo. Whilst I can accept this on some level, I can not accept being woken up at 4am by said poo dog breaking in to my hut and diving in to my toilet and then proceeding to shake her toilet soaked self all over my previously dry self. Considering the toilets are non western and the only form of flush is throwing a bucket of water over them, I dread to think what strange and wonderful things I am now covered in.
