Life will break you and chew you up and spit you out in chunks....if you let it. People come and go. Trust no one and guard your heart. Robin Williams had problems that only he couldnt outrun or hide from. Some say he chose a cowards way out. I say hed had enough. Ive been there. Most of you dont know nor do i want you to know. I share most of my feelings but not all of them. I let you see what i want you to see. Some bad, some good. Ive been there. I got out of the hole i was in. Some arent as lucky. Let me shed some light on depression. Its the darkest, most hopeless, unforgiving mindset. No matter what anyone says, no matter what you read, in your head you think its never gonna change. You have no hope and no future. It doesnt matter what someone says or thinks. All you know is you want it to end. It doesnt matter how. You just want to die. You feel like you dont belong here. The food has no taste. The flowers have no smell. There is no laughter in your heart. It all seems so pointless and hopeless. I was fortunate. I got help. That was many years ago, but i wont ever forget that pain. I came close when my wife left me and our children this year, but i didnt break. I just bent a little. Please....if you have depression, get help. Do whatever you have to do to see that there is hope. If you change nothing, then nothing will change. Your stronger than you know. You are powerful beyond your wildest dreams. I know.....Ive been there. My truth. I live it.
