The world celebrated Universal Childrens Day which falls on November 20 of each year, based on the recommendation of the United Nations General Assembly, to be that day a day of fraternity and understanding between children all over the world, and to work to combat violence against children, neglect, and exploitation in many of the hard work that outweigh overworked. The United Nations has urged governments to enact laws and regulations to protect the right of childhood, including children suffering from it in some countries of the world of colors violence .In 1954, the United Nations General Assembly recommended that all countries institute a Universal Childrens Day is celebrated as a day of fraternity and understanding between children worldwide and to work in order to promote the welfare of children in the world. She suggested that governments observance of the day in history that each considers appropriate. November 20 represents the day on which the General Assembly in 1959 adopted the Declaration of the Rights of the Child, the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1989, also marks the 19th day of the same month every year on child protection from abuse.At a time resolved we the anniversary of the Convention, there is much that we have the right to celebrate such as lower infant mortality rate and increase enrollment . faced by children who are affected by armed conflict in different countries and during wars rate, as well as the measures taken to meet the needs of these children In addition to laws that give them special protection.
