The world has just lost a true shining light.... I am shattered to hear of the passing of Robin Williams. May he rest in peace and know the world mourns him and that even though most of us never knew Robin Williams, the man, we loved him dearly for what he brought to our lives. Sad that someone who inspired so much laughter and light in countless people, contained such struggle and personal sadness...... its an irony that humanity never seems to realize, those cruel hidden personal demons behind the courageous smiling faces of those we see every day..... In the words of his wife “This morning, I lost my husband and my best friend, while the world lost one of its most beloved artists and beautiful human beings. I am utterly heartbroken. On behalf of Robin’s family, we are asking for privacy during our time of profound grief. As he is remembered, it is our hope the focus will not be on Robin’s death, but on the countless moments of joy and laughter he gave to millions.”
