The world we live in... His point of view is apparently that ‘the problem’ in Washington is not legalized corruption and hyper-partisan gridlock, it’s that someone would protest on behalf of her constituents when what remains of the assets bolstering the middle class are sold off to the highest bidder in a secret, backroom deal and rammed through in a rider, attached at the last minute, to a ‘must-pass’ bill. The wholesale betrayal of the American people isn’t the problem, it’s the fuss that is made in response. The problem is members of Congress who have the temerity to represent the people, not march to the orders of those who write the mega checks. Thank you for clarifying that, Lindsey.
