The worse thing that can happen to a man, is to live his whole life chasing after his dreams, and at some midway point achieves it, then realises he still doesnt fill fulfilled. So he keeps dreaming, and keeps accomplishing. Conquering one natural mountain after the other. Making the world a better place for everyone but himself. Because no one told him (or he just wont listen when they did) that the void and the emptiness he feels on the inside cant be filled with the most astronomical of human achievements. Ive seen a few of them come, but a lot more go. One thing remains true no matter who they are. They present a blanket of happiness to the world they live in, living it up like they run everything. But deep down inside, they battle many insecurities. Often around a crowd, yet deeply alone. Mostly surrounded by people pleasers yet deeply miserable. The world celebrates them and their achievements, but they would give it all away for a chance at happiness, no matter how brief. Fame, Wealth, and power doesnt make you fulfilled, they are only tools. The true substance of fulfilment can only be found in God. So just before you go off chasing your dream, one thing is needful or so it would seem. Open your heart to God, and let Christ come in, then His Spirit will lead you where destinies are fulfilled.
