The worst experience Ive ever had at a retail store. I ordered a tv Saturday night and was supposed to pick it up Sunday. Not only did they tell me Sunday that it wouldnt be ready for p/u till Friday, but they also double charged me at $1100. After several attempts to get this corrected with rude and unhelpful associates, Im finally told it was my banks fault and they could do nothing and hung up on. I was constantly denied a gms name and told they were unavailable. I manage in retail and have never dealt with such negligence. I will continue to pursue an answer and file a claim with the better business bureau.
