The year 2014 happens to be 125th Birth anniversary of the RSS founder PP Dr KB Hedgewar. The man whose shadow has been growing day by day and who inspires thousands of people to leave home and hearth to live and die for humanity. Quoting few lines from the article written by N G Abhyankar (Mahratta,an English daily, founded by Lokmanya Tilak, published on 22 June 1940) with title -Dr K B Hedgewar: The Prophet of Hindu Rashtra- Dr Hedgewar strenuously carried on his work since 1925 till the day of his death. he has been successful in creating 500 branches all over India. This is no small achievement , considering the peculiar Hindu mentality. But this has not been achieved without personal service and personal attention. He had to win by love, healthy Hindu minds. anyone who came to contact with Dr Hedgewar , was made to feel that Dr Hedgewar took him to be a man of highest importance....selfless to the core , honest , of pure character, admired even by his enemies, a great thinker -this was Dr Hedgewar, the like of whom appears rarely in centuries. this has been the offering to the Hindu society. Will it now at least arise to think and act?
