Theft of mobile phones from Skipton O2 shop. North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a theft of mobile phones that occurred in Skipton. It happened at the O2 shop, Water Street, Skipton at around 1320hrs on Sunday 11th January 2015 and involved two males removing two I-Phone 6 mobile telephones from the display. The first man is described as white, aged 24-25 years old, with a dark complexion, 510-600 tall, short, dark brown hair, proportionate build wearing a green thigh length parka coat with fur around the hood, dark jeans and trainers. The second man is described as white, aged 20-24 years old, with a pale complexion, 511-601 tall, of medium build with short, light brown hair, wearing a navy blue coloured coat & dark jeans. They were seen to then get into a black BMW motorcar with tinted windows near to Canal Street motors which then drove off along Gargrave Road towards the Little Chef roundabout. We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the publics assistance to help identify the two offenders.
