Their vote was in fact not a vote: Obama was ineligible to assume the Office of President, (i.e., Congress and Chief Justice John Roberts in fact appointed Obama in willful violation of Article II, Section 1 clause 5 of the United States Constitution and their Oaths of Affirmation), Congress, the Supreme Court and Obama knew he was inelegible, but did not inform the American voters. In fact all of the three branches of the government have usurped the Sovereignty of the American People: It is not We the People, Congress, the Supreme Court, and Obama who own the United States. It is We the People only who own the United States -- members of Congress and justices of the Supreme Court are to be our employees only. We the People are the Sovereignty of the United States of American and our Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. Anything the Congress does, the Supreme Court or Obama does in violation of our Constitution is in fact unconstitutional and therefore void ab initio. And in fact they have been appointing oath breakers to offices of government only to protect themselves while they are assembling an army against us, i.e., the Department of Homeland Security and other agencies based on the Patriot Act reveal that they mean to have war with us -- to protect their usurpation -- levying war against the United States.
