Carrying the head is the command, the head is the father. And the father is the ark of the covenant. The reason why children should know their fathers shoulders is. 1. Shoulders are a prophetic symbol of the birth of Benjamin. Genesis 35:1-18. Benjamin was born at ephrath on the road between bethel and Bethlehem >Now bethel means house of God, genesis 28:19. Prophetically bethel is the left shoulder It is the place of covenant making and covenant reminder.
